Serve: 45 cups

1. 110 grams Rice flour
2. 30 grams Tapioca flour
3. 20 grams Arrow root flour
4. 60 grams  Sugar
5. 400 grams Jasmine water
6. Food coloring

1. Filter jasmine water in a pot. Mix with sugar over medium to low heat. Set aside to cool.
2. Add rice flour, tapioca flour, Arrow root flour in a mixing bowl. Then add syrup and knead together until smooth for about 10 minutes. Then divide the water and food coloring.  Set aside.
3. Add water in 3/4 of steaming pot over high heat (put Ta-Lai cup in a steaming pot for 10 minutes). Stir before adding the mixture (3/4 of the cup).
4. Leave to cool with the water inside a steaming pot (for making hole in the middle of dessert).  Then remove from a cup and serve.
