Bu Lan Dan Mek (Thai Traditional Dessert) - Bu Lan Dan Mek is similar to dessert ‘Kanom Nam Dok Mai’. ‘Bu Lan’ refers to the moon. We use An - Chan water for making a cloud. We put egg yolk in the middle. A delicious colorful Thai dessert that we recommend you to serve yourself at home.

Serve: 60-70 cups
Cooking time: 90 minutes

1. 110 grams Rice flour
2. 50 grams Mung bean flour
3. 20 grans Tapioca flour
4. 500 grams Jasmine water
5. 120 grams Sugar
6. 10-15 An-Chan flowers

Egg yolks water
1. 6 Egg yolks 
2. 30 grams Sugar
3. 20 grams Palm sugar

1. Boil jasmine water with sugar until boiling. Filter until smooth.
2. Mix rice flour with mung bean, tapioca flour and knead with syrup. Then add remaining water, An-chan water and stir until combined.
3. Arrange Ta-Lai cup in 3/4 of steaming pot over high heat. Stir until combined and add in to the cup quickly. Close the lid and steam for 2-3 minutes.
4. Mix egg yolk with sugar and palm sugar. Drop in the middle of the cup. Steam for about 10 minutes until cook. Serve on the dish.
