1. Puff Pastry Dough (cut into size 5 x 5 inches)
2. 1/2 Tsp. Ground Pepper 
3. 50 g. Potatoes (cut dice)
4. 1 egg (beat yolks and white)
5. 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Curry Powder
7. 50 ml. Evaporated Milk 
8. 1/2 Onion (cut dice)
9. 50 g. Carrot (cut dice)
10. 50 g. Chicken Breasts (cut dice)
11. 2 Tbsp.Unsalted Butter (cut dice)
12. 50 g. Peas
13. 1 Tsp. Sugar
1. Fry cheese, potatoes, carrots, chicken, stir until cooked.
2. Add onion, peas, soy sauce, curry powder, pepper, sugar,
condensed milk. Keep continue frying about 5 minutes until the mixture begins dry out. Set aside to cool.
3. Spoon pie filling into the center. Fold dough together. Then tap water around the edge of the dough. Use fork press the edge to stick together. And use knife cut the top 3 crack. Then apply the pie skin with egg.
4. Bake at 200 degree for 40 minutes. And you’re done.
