1. 250 grams Glutinous rice flour
2. 200-250 grams Coconut milk, Pandan juice or An-Chan water
3. 150 grams Coconut sugar
4. 200 grams Shredded coconut
5. 30 grams Roasted white sesame or golden bean
6. Grounded salt

1. Prepare a mixing bowl. Add flour and knead together with coconut milk or herb until soft. Mold into round ball (1 inch ball) Cover with white cloth.
2. Spread the dough thinly, then add sugar filling in a middle and wrap tightly.
3. Heat the pot over high heat. Boil until cook and put in a bowl with shredded coconut. Mix with salt, white sesame, golden bean and ready to serve.
