Crispy Jelly - Woon Grob (Thai Traditional Dessert) - A delicious Thai traditional dessert from wisdom of Thai people that nowadays adapt into various style. And increasing the value of product. This dessert is easy to make and easy to prepare ingredients as well. Great dessert to serve for a party or given on special occasion.
Serve: 2-3 person
Cooking time: 1.30 hours

1. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Agar powder
2. 2 cups of Water
3. 2 1/2 cups of Sugar
4. 2 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
5. Food coloring
1. Heat the pot. Mix agar powder with jasmine water and stir until dissolve. Turn the stove and simmer.
2. Add sugar and simmer until thick and boiling. Filter and dissolve Arrow root flour with the water. Then pour into jell and heat until boiling.
3. Add the mixture in a mixing bowl. Divide color as you like and stir until well combined. Set aside.
4. Remove from a mold. Decorate and sun-dry dessert 2-3 days.

Ingredient of Crispy Jelly - Woon Grob (Thai Traditional Dessert)

1. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Agar powder
