1. 1 1/2 cup of Winter melon
2. 1/2 + 1/3 cup of Rice flour

6. 1 cup Palm sugar
7. 50 grams Palm sugar

10. Food coloring (green)
1. Mix 4 kinds of flour together then add sugar, coconut milk, grounded salt and knead until smooth. Follow with winter melon.
2. Heat the stove over medium heat. Add in a mold and sprinkle with shredded coconut or peanut. Ready to serve.

Ingredient of Dried Stirred Winter Melon - Kanom Fak Kieaw Guan (Thai Dessert)
