Serve: 3-4 person
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 1 1/2 cup of Rice flour
2. 2 Tbsp. Tapioca flour
3. 2 Tbsp. Arrow root flour
4. 1/2 + 1/3 cup Coconut cream
5. 1 Tbsp. Lime stone
6. 1 1/2 cup of Jasmine water
7. Grounded salt

1. 3 Duck eggs
2. 1/2 + 1/4 cup of Palm sugar
3. 1/2 cup of Coconut cream
4. Pandan juice
1. Mix 3 cups flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Knead flour with coconut cream and lime stone solution. Add grounded salt and knead for about 20 minutes. Then add jasmine water and filter.
3. Add water in steaming pot. Then place Ta-Lai cup and steam for 5 minutes.
4. Add in 1/2 of mold over low heat for about 5 minutes. (depend on mold size)
5. Egg custard – Mix egg with sugar, coconut milk and pandan leaf and filter.
6. Add pandan custard on dessert and steam for about 5-10 minutes (depend on mold size).
 ** Remark: 2 Layers Dessert
