1. 500 grams Tapioca flour
2. 120 grams Sugar
3. 120 grams Fresh coconut milk
4. 100 grams Sweet corn
5. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
6. 1 Tsp. Baking powder

Dipping sauce
1. 150 grams Palm sugar
2. 150 grams Fresh coconut
3. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
4. 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter

1. Rinse and peel potato. Then cut into small piece and steam until boiling over high heat for about 30 minutes.
2. Pound potato and mix together with sweet corn. Then add baking powder and mix until well combined. Set aside.
3. Dissolve sugar, grounded salt, coconut milk and heat on the stove. Knead until smooth. Set for about 20 minutes.
4. Mix the ingredient (step3) and mold gently in your hand. Grill on Teflon pan or charcoal brazier. Serve hot with the sauce (optional).

1. Mix everything together until smooth (except butter). Heat over low heat and simmer until thick.  Add butter and turn off stove. Ready to serve (you can use scented candle for nice smell of coconut milk).
