Crispy Fried Tofu Stuffed with Minced Pork and Shrimp - Patad Lom (Thai Appetizer) - Crispy Fried Tofu Stuffed with Minced Pork and Shrimp is another delicious menu that combined between Chinese and Thai style. We wrap with Chinese tofu then fry until golden crispy. And stuffed with ‘Sam Gluer’ filling. Serve with plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce with crushed goat pepper for even more delicious.

1. 200 grams Pork rib
2. 150 grams Minced shrimp
3, 70 grams Mashed pork fat
4. 1 Egg
5. 1 Tbsp. Coriander root, garlic, pepper (pounded together)
6. 1 Large tofu
7. 1 Tbsp. Water
8. Vegetable oil

Sauce
1. 20 grams Red goat pepper
2. 1 cup Sugar
3. 1/2 cup Vinegar
4. 1/2 cup of Water
5. 2 Tsp. Grounded salt

1. Add pork, shrimp, fat pork in a mixing bowl and knead together until smooth. Then add fish sauce and egg. Then set aside.
2. Prepare tofu, then soak in the water and cut into piece. Then put the mixture 1 in the ingredients and press with your fingertips like ‘Toong Thong’.
3. Heat the pan, add the oil and low the heat. Fry until golden brown and set aside. Serve with dipping sauce

How to make sauce
1 . The pot, mix the brown sugar , vinegar, water and salt to boil , melt and turn light enough to dim the lights .
2. Boil goat pepper until cook just right. Set aside to cool before serving.
