Serve: 3-4 person
Cooking time: 1 hour 

1. 2 cups Rice flour
2. 1 Egg yolk
3. 2 cups Jasmine water
4. 1 cup Sugar
5. Food coloring
6. Coconut (for sprinkle)
7. 1 cup Shredded coconut
8. 1/2 Tsp. Grounded salt
1. Mix sugar with jasmine water over low heat. Add food coloring and set aside.
2. Knead flour with egg yolk, jasmine water together until smooth in a mixing bowl. Cover with white cloth or place with pandan leave before steaming.
3. Boil water in the steaming pot. Place white cloth and mash the mixture in a sieve. Covered with a white cloth or banana leaves before steaming.
4. Steam in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes. Pour syrup in the mixture while still hot. Mix together with the fork. Cover and set aside for about 10 minutes
5.  Bake dessert with scented candle and leave for a moment.  Sprinkle with shredded coconut (mixed with grounded salt). And steam in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
