3. 4 cup Water
4. 1/2 cup Coconut milk

1. Rinse jackfruit and put in limestone solution for about 20-30 minutes. And rinse again one more time.
2. Heat coconut milk in the pot over low heat. Dissolve with tapioca flour and water. Stir and season with salt. Set aside.
