1. 150 g.  Uncooked Short Crust Pastry 
2. 100 g. Wheat Flour
3. 100 g. Pineapple (cut dice)
4. 100 ml. Whipping Cream
5. 1 egg (beat yolks and whites)
6. 50 g. Unsalted Butter (cut dice)
7. Baked Short Crust Pastry
8. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
9. 1 Tbsp. Corn Flour
10. 1 Tbsp. Sugar

2. Add corn flour (1 Tbsp. corn flour + 3 Tbsp. water) Stir all ingredients together until thicken. Set aside.

4. Weave long strip dough on the pie. Press the edges of uncooked dough with pie. Cut away the excess flour.
5. Apply egg on pie. Bake at 200 degree for 30 minutes and set aside to cool on a wire rack. Finish.
