Scotch Egg with Tamarind Sauce (Khai Scoth Rad Sauce Ma Kam) - The menu is adapt from basic scotch egg by adding a special touch of crispy bread crumbs. Simmer until sauce thickens and poured on Scottish egg. It tasty and delicious!
Serve: 5 person
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1. 5 Boiled egg
2. 1 cup All purpose flour
3. 1/2 cup of Water
4. 1 cup Bread crumbs
5. Vegetable oil
6. Fried shallot
7. Coriander

Tamarind sauce
1. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind juice
2. 2 Tbsp. Palm sugar
3. 2 Tbsp. Fish sauce
4. 2-3 Tbsp. Water
1. Heat the pan, add sugar, fish sauce, palm sugar and water. Stir until boiling and set aside.
2. Melt flour, coat with egg, bread crumbs and fry in the oil over medium heat until golden brown. Leave to cool. Then cut half and topped with tamarind sauce. Sprinkle with fried shallot. And decorate with coriander.

How to Cook Scotch Egg with Tamarind Sauce (Khai Scoth Rad Sauce Ma Kam)
