Serve : 15 pieces
Cooking time: 1 hour

1. 225 grams All purpose flour
2. 2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
3. 1 Tsp. Baking powder
4. 1/8 Tsp. Salt
5. 180 grams Chocolate chip
6. 180 grams Melted butter
7. 250 grams Brown sugar
8. 1 Tsp. Banana extract
9. 100 grams Cashews nut
10. 3 Eggs
11. 2 Cooked banana

1. Warm the oven at 170 degrees.
2. Mix chocolate, melted butter and brown sugar together.
3. Add egg, then mix banana extract, mashed banana, cashew nut, all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt together.
4. Pour the mixture in a mold (placed with baking paper). Spread smoothly.
5. Bake at 170 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. Then remove from the oven. Set on wire rack and ready to serve.
