13. 1/2 cup Vegetable oil (for frying tofu)

Dipping sauce
1. 1/2 cup of Soy sauce
2. 1/2 cup Sugar
3. 1/2 cup Vinegar
4. 1/4 cup Oyster sauce
5. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
6. Goat pepper

1. Make sauce by mixing sesame oil and goat pepper. Then add sesame oil and goat pepper.
2. Fry tofu over high heat and drain oil.
3. Fry filling in a pan. Fry garlic and tofu. Season with soy sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce and mushroom.
4. Add into the filling.
5. Spread noodle and add Chinese cabbage. Wrap with spring onion.
6. Steam in boiling water.
