Ingredient of Chinese Cabbage Soup with Minced Pork (Gang Jued Pak Kad Kao Hor Moo Sub)

1. 1/2 liter of Pork soup
2. 1 Tsp. Salt
3. 2 grams Grounded pork
4. 2 Tsp. Seasoning sauce
5. 1 Tsp. Grounded pepper
6. 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
7. 2 Tsp. Sugar
8. 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
9. 2 cloves Garlic
10. 4 Chinese cabbage
11. 4 Spring onions

How to Cook Chinese Cabbage Soup with Minced Pork (Gang Jued Pak Kad Kao Hor Moo Sub)

1. Blanch Chinese cabbage and spring onion. Set aside.
2. Mix minced pork, seasoning sauce, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce and knead together. Set in the refrigerator.
3. Boil broth, add garlic and season with soy sauce and salt.
4. Spread Chinese cabbage and wrap with spring onion.
5. Add into the broth and boil until boiling.
6. Add vegetable and broth.
7. Sprinkle coriander and fried garlic. Ready to serve.
