Cooking time: 20 minutes

1. 1 can Sealect
2. 1/2 cup Long bean
3. 3/4 cup Baby corn
4. 2 Goat pepper
5. 4 Kaffir lime leaves
6. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
7. 1 Tbsp. Coconut milk
8. 1 Tsp. Fish sauce
9. 1 Tsp. Oyster sauce
10. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
11. 2 Tbsp. Red curry paste
12. 1/2 cup Broth
1. Fry curry paste with vegetable oil. Then add coconut milk and kaffir leave. Add long bean and baby corn. Add broth down and fry together again.
2. Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce and sugar. Stir together, then add sealect tuna. Sprinkle with red goat pepper and serve with steamed rice.
