Serve: 1 person
Cooking time: 10 minutes

1. 250 grams Wakame
2. 1 Tbsp. Shoyu
3. 2 Tbsp. Mirin
4. 1 Tbsp. Sugar
5. 2 Tsp. Sake
6. 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
7. Roasted white sesame
8. Shrimp egg (tobiko)
1. Put wakame in the water. Then rinse and blanch in hot water. Add in cold water and squeeze water out.
2. Mix shoyu, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, Sake in a mixing bowl.  Stir until sugar dissolve. Sprinkle with roasted white sesame and tobiko before serving.

Ingredient of Spicy Wakame Salad (Yum Sa Rai Wakame)

1. 250 grams Wakame

How to Cook Spicy Wakame Salad (Yum Sa Rai Wakame)
