Takoyaki - Takoyaki is a popular Japanese food for both Japanese and Thai people that stuffed with squid in the middle. You can change filling to crab stick, shrimp and tuna as well. Then just mold into a ball and grill until golden brown!

Cooking time: 45 minutes

1. 150 grams Cake flour
2. 2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 2 Tsp. Sugar
4. 1/2 Tsp. Salt
5. 2 Tbsp. Fresh milk
6. 1 Tbsp. Japanese soy sauce
7. 2 Eggs
8. 2 cups Katsuo soup
9. Oil
10. Crab stick
11. Tobiko
12. Seaweed
13. Katsuo fish powder
14. Cabbage
15. Carrot 
16. Tonkatsu sauce
17. Mayonnaise
18. Spring onion
1. Mix cake flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, fresh milk and Katsuo soup together. (Add shoyu and sugar as you want).
2. Warm Takoyaki maker and coat oil inside. Then drop 3/4 of mixture, add cabbage, carrot, crab stick, spring onion until cook at the bottom. Then flip to another side and add the mixture in a hole. (Do the same again and mold into a ball).
3. Arrange Takoyaki on the dish. Topped with Tongkatsu sauce, add Mayonnaise, Tabiko, Wakame, Katsuo powder. Decorate and ready to serve.
