1. 1 cup Steamed rice
2. 2 Eggs
3. 2 Tbsp. Evaporated milk
4. 1 Tbsp. Seasoning sauce

7. 3 Bacons
8. 10 grams Shimeji
9. 10 grams Cheese
10. Tobiko (for decorating)
1. Mix egg, evaporated milk, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce together. 
2. Cut bacon into piece.
3. Heat the pan, add oil. Then fry bacon until cook. Follow by mushroom and stir until cook. Then add egg and roll the pan. Then cheese and wait until egg cook and dry. Add remaining egg, cheese, and wait until cook. Then remove egg from a pan. Turn off stove. Topped egg on the rice.
4. Add Tobiko on steamed rice and ready to serve.
