Seafood Sauce (Nam Jim Seafood Prik Dang) - Sour, salty and sweet mellow flavor. For this recipe, we add a special flavor with sweet and sour pineapple. Perfect to serve with seafood such as shrimp, shellfish, crab, fish for steamed, boiled, roast dish are delicious as well.

Serve: 10 person
Cooking time: 5 minutes

1. 75 grams Red chili
2. 300 grams Pineapple
3. 50 grams Garlic
4. 20 grams Grounded salt
5. 75 grams Sugar
6. 100 grams Fish sauce
7. 100 grams Vinegar
8. 50 grams Lime juice
1. Put all ingredients into a blender (high speed) and mix until finely. Taste, and serve with seafood (optional).

Tips
1. If you want more colorful, sprinkle with red goat pepper. (Remove the seed and core out). 
2. Seafood sauce  - You can keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.

4. 20 grams Grounded salt
5. 75 grams Sugar
6. 100 grams Fish sauce
7. 100 grams Vinegar
8. 50 grams Lime juice
