7. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
8. 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
9. 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
10. 2 Tbsp. Warm water
1. Dissolve sugar with warm water, vinegar, lime juice, soy bean together. Taste salty, sour and sweet just a little.
2. Add ginger, coriander root, chili and garlic. Serve with steamed dish such as steamed fish, steamed chicken, etc.
