How to Cook

Rainbow Cookie - Let’s change basic cookie to colorful rainbow cookie! By adding the rainbow into the middle of the cookie. This cookie may take much time to cook. But it came out very cute!

Serve: 25 pieces
Cooking time : 1.30 hours

1. 250 grams All purpose flour
2. 1/2 Tsp. Baking powder
3. 1/4 grams Salt
4. 150 grams Unsalted butter
5. 90 grams Sugar
6. 1 Egg
7. 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
8. Food coloring (purple, blue, green, yellow, red)

1. Warm oven at 180 degrees C.
2. Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt together. Then set aside.
3. Beat unsalted butter (room temperature) until fluffy, soft and creamy.
4. Gradually add sugar, beating well.
5. Put the egg and vanilla extract.
6. Gradually add flour and mix together.
7. Divide dough into 6 equal pieces (mix 5 pieces with food coloring).
8. After mixed colors, wrap with plastic wrap. Set in the fridge for about 15 minute.
9. Knead the dough until soft. Roll into stick (about 12 cm. long).
10. Knead purple dough until flat and soft. Then place on the curve of first dough.
11. Add blue colors, green, yellow and red.
12. The last layer - Add food coloring, then cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
13. Cut into pieces (1 cm thick). Then bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
14. Set until cool and ready to serve.
