Mini Fried Mussels in Batter (Hoi Tod Krog) - Mini Fried Mussels in Batter is adapt from the main dish “Thai Fried Mussel”. This recipe is quick and easy to make. Cooking is a great family activity too.

Mini Fried Mussels in Batter (Hoi Tod Krog) - Mini Fried Mussels in Batter is adapt from the main dish “Thai Fried Mussel”. This recipe is quick and easy to make. Cooking is a great family activity too.
Serve: 20 pieces
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes

1. 1 cup Mussels
2. 3 Eggs
3. 3 Tbsp. Spring onion
4. 2 Tbsp. Salt
5. 3/4 cup of Instant batter flour
6. 1/4 cup of Crispy flour
7. 1 Tbsp. Chicken seasoning powder.
8. 1 1/2 cup of Cool water
9. 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

1. 1/2 cup of Chili sauce
2. 1/4 cup of Thai sweet chicken sauce
3. Coriander, pepper, shallot (for decorating)
4. 1 cup Bean sprout

1. Fry bean sprouts and set on a sieve. Drain the water out. 
2. Mix batter flour, crispy flour, salt, chicken seasoning powder and cold water together. 
3. Apply vegetable oil in a mold. Leave vegetable oil at the bottom. Warm the Kanom-Krok maker. 
4. Beat egg with salt, pepper and spring onion. Then add shells and mix together with egg. 
5. Drops the mixture to 1/2 in a mold. Shake the mixture until smooth.

8. Remove from a mold. Turn upside down to make other side cook and crispy.
9. Add on bean sprout dish.
