1. 300 grams Spaghetti
2. 1 Sliced ginger
3. 1 Lemon grass
4. 2 Kaffir lime leaves
5. 6 Shrimps
6. Shrimp shell 
7. 2 Tbsp. Minced shrimp
8. 3 Straw mushrooms
9. 3 Bird chilies
10. 1 Tbsp. Roasted chili paste
11. 1 Tsp. Fish sauce
12. 1/2 Lemon
13. 3 cup Stock
14. Cream

1. Boil chicken stock. Add ginger, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and shrimp shells down over low heat. Simmer until left 1/3 of cup. 
2. Shrimp oil – Fry chili with olive oil until cook. Add roasted chili paste and stir until well combined. 
3. Add mushroom, stock, and stir until dissolved. Then add fish sauce.

How to Cook Tom Yum Spaghetti with Shrimp (Spaghetti Sauce Tom Yum Goong)
