1. 50 grams Pork 
2. 50 grams Crab Meat
3. 1 Root Celery 
4. 2 Cloves Garlic
5. 2 Salted Egg Yolks (cut into dice)
6. 10 Green Wonton Sheets
7. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
8. 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1. Chop coriander root, garlic and spinning thoroughly. Then pour into a mixing bowl, add crab meat, minced pork, pepper, garlic, coriander root, soy sauce, sesame oil. And stir well.
2.  Tap slightly water in the middle of the wonton sheet. Spoon filling into it and wrap. Tap the water and fold the edge. Put salted eggs yolk in the middle and press firmly. Trim out excess flour on the top. 
3. Steamed in boiling water for 10 minutes.
