1. 1 Cup Dim Sum Sauce
2. 1 Tsp. Coriander Root (finely chopped)
3. 2 Salted Eggs Yolk (cut half) 
4. 50 g. Pork
5. 50 g. Crab Meat
6. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
7. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
8. 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
9. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1. Add pepper, garlic, coriander root, soy sauce, sesame oil and stir to combine.
2. Add pork, crab meat and mix together until smooth.
