1. 70 g. Shrimp (finely chopped)
2. 8  Asparagus
3. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
4. 1 Tsp. Coriander Root (finely chopped)
5. 1 Tsp. Minced Garlic
6. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
7. 1/2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
8. 4 Tbsp. Dim Sum Sauce
1. Add pepper, coriander root, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce poured into a mixing bowl, stir well to 
combine, add shrimp and mix until the mixture smooth.
2. Cut asparagus into 3 inches long pieces. (Use a soft peak)
3. Mold shrimp into pieces. Wrapped shrimp cover asparagus into a ball shape. Wrap the middle of asparagus.
4. Steamed in boiling water for 10 minutes.
5. Top with dim sum sauce all over the shrimp. Finish and ready to serve.
