Banoffee Pie - Banoffee Pie is one of my favorite desserts and of many people. With sweet and smooth taste of caramel which can go perfectly well with bananas and whipped cream. And it’s so easy to make.




Banoffee Pie - Banoffee Pie is one of my favorite desserts and of many people. With sweet and smooth taste of caramel which can go perfectly well with bananas and whipped cream. And it’s so easy to make.
1. 250 g. Ground Cracker
2. 1/4 Cup of Melt Butter
3. Banana
4. Toffee Caramel
5. 2 Cups Whipped Cream
6. 3 Tbsp. Icing Sugar
7. 1/2 Tsp. Gelatin Powdered
8. Cocoa Powder

1. Add cracker mixed together with melted butter. And then place into a bowl for making Banoffee. (In the case that you want to make into a large piece, you can put it in cake mold.)Press tightly and then put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2. Beat whipped cream with icing sugar. Then put gelatin(dissolve in water) and continue beating again.
3. Take out the cold mixture from the refrigerator. Sliced banana and placed around on base.
4. Dress with Toffee Caramel and spread smooth. 
5. Finally, add whipped cream evenly, spread smooth. And decorate as you like. Then put in the refrigerator.
6.  Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Tips

Eat with Earl Grey tea for a mellow taste. It’s very tasty.
