Chocolate Tart - Crispy sweet and mellow taste. A delicious classic menu that all you can do.

1. 1 Piece Pie Crust Mix
2. 200 g. Dark Chocolate
3. 50 g. Butter
4. 1 Egg Yolk
5. 100 g. Sugar 
6. 1/2 Cup Cream
1. Place pie in the mold. Then use folk dip all over the bottom. Place foil and put down rice or green beans, bake at 180 degree for about 14 minutes.
2. Melt chocolate on the bowl over steam on the bottom (Bain Marie) Add butter and melted together. Leave it cool for a while, then put egg yolk down.
3. Boil cream and sugar. Then leave it to cool. Pour together with chocolate and leave at the moment. Stir well.
4. Pour the mixture into the baked tart, leave it cool. Then refrigerate and ready to serve.

Tips

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
