Fruit Cake - Full loaded of fruits. This dessert will refresh your tired work day and it can make your perfect day of weekend. Dried kiwi , raisin and apricot will give you full flavored and make you the happy meal of your day.

1. 180 g. Unsalted Butter (cut into dice)
2. 1/2 Cup of Milk
3. 180 g. Cake Flour
4. 1  1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
5. 1/2 Tsp. Salt 
6. 110 g. of Brown Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp. Honey
8. 3 Eggs
9. 70 g. Roasted Cashew Nuts
10. 70 g. Marmalade
11. 50 g. Dried Kiwi
12. 50 g. Dried Raisins
13. 50 g. Dried Apricot
14. 50 g Dried Plum
15. 50 g. Dried Fruit Berry 
16. 4 Tbsp. Rum
1. Sift flour, brown sugar, salt, baking powder together and set aside.
2. Cut all dried fruit into small pieces. Pour rum and mix well with fruits.
3. Beat the butter with high speed for 5 minutes. Put eggs one by one and beat until well mix, then add honey into it.
4. Add sifted flour alternate with milk in a small increment until runs out.
5. Split half dried fruit and cashew nuts and mix with cake flour.(gradually combine)
6. Apply white butter to the stencil paper all over the mold. Pour cake down and spread smooth.
7. Sprinkle the remaining of dried fruit and cashew nuts on the front of cake. And bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
8. When cake is cooked, pull out the stencil paper and invert cake onto wire rack and set aside. 
9. When cake has cooled. Turn back to front and apply marmalade over the cake.Finish.
