1. White Chive (Cut into 2-inch pieces).

3. Bamboo Shoot (long lines)

3. Seasoned with oyster sauce, soya sauce, sugar, pepper, sesame oil. Add enough boiling water to dissolve starch.
4.  Sliced white chive and add down.
5. Top with dressing sauce and all ingredients on fried noodle. Ready to serve.
