1. 1 Cup Mushrooms
2. 1 Cup Shimeji Mushrooms
3. 1 Cup Oyster Mushroom (soft flowers)
4. Chives
5. Celery
6. 1/2 Ball Tomato
7. 1/2 Ball Onion
8. 10 Seeds Red Chili
9.  1 1/2 Tbsp. Lime
10. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
11. 1 Tbsp. Syrup (or 1 Tsp. sugar)

How to Making Syrup 
Mix 2 Tbsp. Sugar + 5 Tbsp. Hot water
1. Chop pepper, cut half straw mushrooms and celery in 2 inch pieces. 
2. Chop lengthwise onion and tomatoes.
3. Mix fish sauce, sugar, and lime well together in a bowl.
4. Add the mushrooms and vegetables to mix well. It’s done and ready to serve.

Ingredient of Mixed Mushroom Salad (Yum Hed Ruam)

1. 1 Cup Mushrooms
2. 1 Cup Shimeji Mushrooms
3. 1 Cup Oyster Mushroom (soft flowers)

6. 1/2 Ball Tomato
