1. 300 g. Kinu Tofu (soft)  Soft Japanese Tofu
2. 1 Tbs. Roasted Sesame 
3. 100 g. Wheat Flour
4. 1 Liter Palm Oil (for frying)
5. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
6. 3 Tbsp. Tamarind 
7. 3 Tbsp. Palm Sugar
8. 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
9. 5 Seeds Dried Chilli
10. 1 Tbsp. Spring Onion
11. 1 Tbsp. Coriander Root
12. 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic 
13. 2 Tbsp. Fried Shallots
1. Cut tofu into 3 pieces then mix with flour thoroughly.
2. Heat the oil. Fry tofu by use medium heat and set aside. 
3. Add the vegetable oil into the pan. Follow with galic, and coriander root. 
4. Season with palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind juice, simmer until dry out and sauce become thicken.
5. Arrange fried tofu on a plate. Top with tamarind sauce, sprinkled with roasted sesame, fried onion, spring onion and fried chilli.
