2. Basil
3. 1 Cup Rice Noodle
4. 2 New Zealand Mussel
5. 4 Shrimps (sheep through the shell to pull out the black line)
6. 2 Squid, cut into 2 small piece.
7. 2 Corns (cut)
8. 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves
9. 1 Tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
10. 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
11. 1 Tbsp. Shredded Galingale
12. 3 Stalks Green Pepper
13. 1/2 Red Cayenne Pepper (oblique cut)
14. Carrots (cut into glasses)
15. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
16. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
17. 1/2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
18. 2 Tsp. Sugar
19. 1 Tbsp. Red Hot Chili  (Finely chopped)

1. Stir oil and garlic, peppers and onions.
2. Add carrot, corn, green pepper, galingale and stir to combine well.
3. Add clams, shrimp, squid, and stir until cooked. Then add chili, straw mushrooms and stir again. Then add noodle and tear kaffir lime leaves down.
