1. 2 Mackerels
2. 100 grams of straw mush room
3. 500 ml. of chicken soup
4. 1 celery
5. 2 lemon grass
6. 1 coriander root
7. 15 guinea peppers
8. 6 shallots
9. 5 leech lime leaves
10. 2 lesser gingers
11. 2 Tbsp. of lime juice
12. 1 Tbsp. of fish sauce
13. 1 Tsp. of salt
14. 1 Tsp. of sugar
1. Slice celery to be strips and then slice lemon grass , smash coriander root and slice lesser ginger and shallots. Tear leech lime leaves for the last.
2. Boil chicken soup and put chili , lesser ginger , lemon grass , coriander root , shallot into the pot. Boil them for 5 minutes.
3. Seasoning with salt , fish sauce , sugar and put mushrooms for the last.
4. Put mackerel into the pot and boil them with low heat for 10 minutes
5. Put leech lime leaves and celery for the last. Seasoning with lime juice and ready to serve.
