1. Tilapia
2. 5 Galangal, sliced into pieces
3. Lemongrass (cut oblique) 
4. 5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
5. 1/2 Head Cabbage
6. 1/2 Head Carrot (cut into stick)
7. 200 g. Cow Beans (cut into pieces)
8. 15 Seeds Red Chilli (roasted in a pan)
9. 7 Head Shallot (roasted in a pan)
10. 5 Cherry tomatoes (roasted in a pan)
11. 6 Cloves Garlic (roasted in a pan)
12. 2 Tbsp. Tamarind Juice
13. 1 Tsp. Fish Sauce
14. 1/2 Cup of Pickled Fish Water
15. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
16. 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1. Shredded kaffir lime leaves, then put galangal, lemon grass stuffed in the fish. Sprinkle salt over it.
2. Put galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves on the fish. Steamed fish with vegetables. Closed for 30 minutes.
3. Pound chillies, garlic, shallots, tomatoes well together.
4. Season with fish sauce, palm sugar, pickled fish water.
5. Served fish on a plate with steamed vegetables and Jaew sauce. You’re done.
