3. 2-3 Balls New potato (small potato)
4. Rosemary
5. Thymes
6. 3/4 Cup of Red Wine
7. 250 ml. Meat Stock
8. Unsalted Butter
9. Chopped Parsley

1. Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, thyme and parsley. Then set aside 10-15 minutes.
2. Boil potatoes until done. Then cut half and fry in vegetable oil.
