1. 1 Snapper 
2. 1 Head Fennel
3. 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic 
4. Sliced Eringi Mushrooms 
5. Sliced Zucchini
6. Baby Carrots
7. Chopped Parsley
1. Marinate fish with salt and pepper. Then set aside about 12 minutes.
2. Preparing side dishes, grill mushrooms and zucchini.
3. Boiled carrots, then add the butter just a little. 
4. Set a pan, add olive oil and garlic, then add chopped fennel to fry with high heat quickly until crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Heat the pan. Apply olive oil on fish and roast about 3 minutes on each side. Then set aside about 1 minute.
6. Set every side dish on the dish and top with grilled fish. Ready to eat.
