1.  1 Streaky Pork (300 grams)
2.  1 cup Long Beans (cut into small 1 1/2 inches pieces)
3.  5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
4.  2 Goat Pepper (oblique cut)
5.  50 grams Panang Curry Paste
6.  1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
7.  3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
8.  1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
9.  Water (just a little)
1. Cut the pork into 1 cm. small thick pieces
2. Fry chili paste with vegetable oil.
3. Add streaky pork. Stir until curry paste coated all over the pork.
4. Add long beans and stir to combine. Season with all ingredients. Add water just a little. Add goat pepper, kaffir lime leaves. Stir well again and finished.

Tips

You should not slice pork too thick because the meat will be too tough and not delicious. And you must fry curry paste with low heat to avoid burning.
