1. 500 grams Chicken Hip 
2. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
3. 1 Tbsp. Chilli

1. Boil water then add coriander root, garlic. Season with sugar, black soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce and stir to mix well together. Follow by chicken and boil with low heat for 30 minutes.

10. 1 Tbsp. Black Soy Sauce
11. 500 ml. Water
