1. 4-5 Sliced Squids 
2. 8 Shrimps (peel off shell, cut back, pull the black line)
3. 1 Ball Onion (cut in half lengthwise)
4. 2 Spring Onions
5. 7 Seed of Red Hot Chilies (cut in half)
6. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
7. 2 Tbsp. Chili Paste
8. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
9. 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
10. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
11. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
12. Water (just a little)

1. Fry garlic and chili with oil.  
2. Add shrimp and squid down and stir until almost cooked. Add chili paste into it.
3. Put the spring onion in it. Season with all ingredients. Stir to combine all well.
