1. Eggplants
2. 50 grams Pork Chop 
3. 50 grams Minced Shrimp 
4. 1 Tbsp. Dried Shrimp
5. 1 Tsp. Sugar
6. 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice

8. 6 Red Chillies 
9. 2 Cloves Garlic

1. Chop spring onions and coriander prepare first. Follow by slice shallot.
2. Cut eggplant into 2-inch pieces.
3. Chop chilli and garlic finely.
4. Heat the pan and then roast long eggplant.

6. Boil water, then stir shrimp and pork until cooked.

1. Eggplants
