1. 200 grams Beef Tenderloin 
2. 2 Balls Tomatoes 
3. 1 Chopped Ball Onion
4. 5 Tbsp. Concentrate Tomato Juice
5. A bouquet of Thyme
6. 1 Bay Leaf
7. 1 Stalk Parsley
8. 1 Cup Cream
9. 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
10. 3 Tbsp. Sweet Paprika Powder 
11. 350 ml. Stock Meat Sauce
1. Marinate meat with salt, pepper, paprika and fry in vegetable oil. Set aside. Then stir onion until soft in the same pan, add thyme, bay leaf and parsley stalk. 
2. Add tomatoes and fry until soft, add tomato juice, meat stock and simmer with low heat. Add cream and simmer until dry out. Then add the butter, season with salt and pepper. Heat meat before serving and you're done.

Ingredient of Beef Stroganoff

1. 200 grams Beef Tenderloin (cut into strips)
2. 2 Balls Tomatoes (cut into small dice)
3. 1 Chopped Ball Onion

5. A bouquet of Thyme
6. 1 Bay Leaf
7. 1 Stalk Parsley
8. 1 Cup Cream
9. 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter

How to Cook Beef Stroganoff
