1. 500 grams Pork Neck
2. 1 Cup Rice
3. 1 Cup Yogurt
4. 100 grams Unsalted Butter
5. 3 Curry Powder
6. 2 Tbsp. Shoyu
7.700 ml. Katsuo Soup
8. 2 Heads Potatoes
9.  1 Head Onions
10. 1 Head Carrots
11. 1/2 Apple
12. 1/2 Ball Mango

1. Peel all fruits and vegetables. Then chop onion lengthwise, sliced carrots, potatoes into bite-size pieces.
2. Cut pork into 1-inch dice.
3. Cut apple and mango into small pieces. Put into a blender, follow by yoghurt mix until well blended. 
4. Pour the butter into the pot. Follow by the pork and stir to combine. Add carrots, potatoes, curry powder, soup. Close the lid and stew for 30 minutes.
