1. 300 g. chicken thigh meat 
2. 4 Tbsp. Kikoman
3. 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
4. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
5. 1 Tbsp. Mirin 
6. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
7. 1 Tsp. Roasted White Sesame
1. Cut the chicken into pieces and set aside.
2. Mix kokiman, sugar, sesame oil, pepper in a bowl.
Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
3. Roast chicken in the pan. Grill until cooked on both sides. Then add the remaining sauce down.Wait until sauce dry out.
4. Serve by sprinkle with roast sesame. Ready to eat.

Ingredient of Teriyaki Chicken

1. 300 g. chicken thigh meat (trimmed of bone removed).
2. 4 Tbsp. Kikoman
3. 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
4. 1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
5. 1 Tbsp. Mirin
6. 1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
7. 1 Tsp. Roasted White Sesame

How to Cook Teriyaki Chicken

1. Cut the chicken into pieces and set aside.
2. Mix kokiman, sugar, sesame oil, pepper in a bowl.
Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
3. Roast chicken in the pan (skin side). Grill until cooked on both sides. Then add the remaining sauce down.Wait until sauce dry out.
4. Serve by sprinkle with roast sesame. Ready to eat.
