1. 200 grams Salmon
2. 200 grams Broccoli
3. 100 Grams Carrots 
4. 1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
5. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar 
7. 7 Cloves Garlic 
8. 3 Tbsp.Vegetable Oil

1. Peel carrots and cut in to thin piece. Follow by broccoli, Chop garlic and salmon into pieces.
2. Heat water to boiling. Add carrots and broccoli to boil. Add 1 tbs. salt and close the lid 3 minutes. Put all vegetables in a cold water. Set aside. 
3. Heat the pan, pour oil then fry the fish until cooked. Add minced garlic, broccoli, carrots. Season with sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce. Stir well to combine then add 3-4 Tbsp. water and fry for a while. Finished.

Ingredient of Fried Salmon with Broccoli

1. 200 grams Salmon
2. 200 grams Broccoli
3. 100 Grams Carrots

5. 1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
6. 1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
7. 7 Cloves Garlic

How to Cook Fried Salmon with Broccoli
