2. 1 Japanese Spring Onion
3. 4 Large Cloves Garlic
4. 5 Tbsp. Soybean
5. 1 Tsp. Sugar
6. 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce

1. Chop spring onion into 1/2 cm thick, follow by chop garlic and cut liver into thin slices. 
2. Fry garlic with vegetable oil. Add liver to fry until cook enough. 
3. Season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar. Stir until combined well. Add spring onion and stir for a while. Add water just a little about 3-5 tbsp. And stir until fully cooked. Ready to serve.
