Bechamel Sauce is a French versatile sauce. It may not famous and well known in our country but actually it’s ‘white cream sauce’ in lasagna.




Bechamel Sauce is a French versatile sauce. It may not famous and well known in our country but actually it’s ‘white cream sauce’ in lasagna.
1. 30 g Butter
2. 30 g. General Purpose Flour
3. 500 ml. Milk
4. Nutmeg
1. Set the hot pot to melt butter.
2. Add flour and stir quickly until get the white color.
3. Lift the pan from the stove. Pour milk and mix well. Then lift to set and don’t stop stirring.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and scraping nutmeg.

Tips

When stirring you should beware of the heat. And don’t stop stir, otherwise they can burn easily.
