1. 300 grams Chinese Chive
2. 250 grams Pork Liver 
3. 1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
4. 1 Tsp. Granulated Sugar
5. 1/2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
6. 2 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
7. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1. Cut Chinese Chive into 2 inches pieces, then cut slice pork liver into thin pieces. 
2. Fry garlic with oil. Then fry pork liver until cooked about 50%. 
3. Season with fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce and stir well to combine.
4. Add Chinese chive and stir to combine again. Then add 3 Tbsp. water. Stir all well again and you’re done.

Ingredient of Fried Chive with Pork Liver
